Shipping policy
Domestic Shipping
We offer standard and express shipping options. All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days Express Shipping: 1–3 business days
Free standard shipping is available on orders over a qualifying threshold. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
International Shipping
We ship to most countries worldwide. International delivery times vary by destination and typically range from 7–21 business days. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by your country's government. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping costs.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package. If you have not received tracking information within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us at support@focurius.com.
Shipping Delays
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, shipping times are estimates and not guarantees. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, customs processing (for international orders), weather conditions, or other factors outside our control. Focurius is not responsible for delays once your order has been handed to the shipping carrier.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment (additional shipping charges may apply).
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, please contact us at support@focurius.com within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with you and the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.
