We stand behind the quality of Focurius. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we want to make it right.
Returns
If you are unhappy with your order, please contact us at support@focurius.com within 30 days of receiving your product. Our team will work with you to find a solution — whether that's guidance on usage, a replacement, or a refund.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original packaging. We may request that you return the product (including partially used jars) before processing a refund.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned product (if applicable), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Please note: original shipping costs are non-refundable. If a return is accepted, the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
Exchanges
If you received a damaged or defective product, please contact us at support@focurius.com with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost to you.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund within 10 business days of approval, please check with your bank or credit card provider first, as processing times vary. If you have done so and still have not received your refund, contact us at support@focurius.com.
Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not yet been dispatched, we will cancel it and issue a full refund. If it has already shipped, you will need to follow the standard return process above.
