6 Reasons This Shilajit Costs A$109

The mountain is only the beginning. Here is what we source, do, test and stand behind before our Black Gold resin reaches your morning mug.

Focurius jar on a stone bench above the six parts of the price: sourced above 17,000 feet, three-stage purification specification, a 40-day drying standard, pure resin with no added herbs, eight public reports, and Melbourne dispatch with a 90-day money-back guarantee

A$109 is serious money for a small dark jar. We think it deserves a serious explanation.

“Premium” is not one. Neither is a gold mountain on the label.

Our price reflects a series of choices made before the resin reaches your cup: a specific high-altitude source, a slower declared process, a pure resin format, independent reports and a 90-day guarantee. None of those details guarantees how you will feel. Together, they let you inspect far more than the packaging.

Here are the six parts of the price.

1

We Source Above 17,000 Feet

Our raw shilajit is sourced from above 17,000 feet. Reaching remote, high-altitude material is not the same job as buying anonymous bulk powder from an unstated origin.

That does not mean the entire Himalayas are “running out”. It means the material available to a specific high-altitude supply chain is finite in each harvest season. Terrain, access, weather and traceability can constrain what is collected, provided our sourcing records support those details.

Remote areas can also have less nearby human activity than dense industrial locations. But remote does not mean pollution-free, and altitude does not automatically make resin purer or more potent. We disclose the source. We use testing to examine the submitted sample.

2

Raw Mountain Material Is Not Ready for Your Mug

Dark colour is not a quality standard. Raw shilajit needs controlled handling before it becomes finished resin.

Our production specification uses three purification stages. The value of stating that is accountability: we can document a repeatable process instead of asking you to trust the word “purified”. More stages do not automatically guarantee safety, and we do not use purification as permission to say “toxin-free”.

The final reports show what the laboratories tested in the submitted samples. The process records show what we did. We keep those two kinds of proof separate.

Our Drying Standard Takes 40 Days

Fast processing is attractive when the only goal is getting more product onto a shelf.

We use a 40-day sun-drying standard. Time, controlled handling and production space are real inputs. We chose a disclosed, patient finishing method instead of pretending the final texture appears instantly.

We will not tell you sunlight “infuses” extra benefits or that industrial heat destroys a specific compound without evidence. The honest value is simpler: you know our chosen method and how long we say it takes, so you can ask us to support it.

We Keep It as Pure Resin

There are easier ways to make shilajit taste sweet, pour like powder or look more familiar. They usually require a different format and a longer ingredient story.

We keep Black Gold as pure shilajit resin, with no added herbs. It is dark, sticky, earthy, mineral and slightly bitter. You measure 300 to 500 mg, roughly a rice-grain to pea-sized amount, and stir it into a warm drink according to the current label.

Pure resin is not automatically effective for every person. It simply means your A$109 is paying for the resin format we declare, not confectionery, flavouring or an undisclosed blend.

We Pay to Measure More Than a Marketing Word

“Potent” is an adjective. Fulvic acid is a marker a laboratory can measure.

Our label states 75% fulvic acid. Eurofins report AR-258-2026-00164141-01, issued 28 October 2026, measured 77.83 g/100 g in the sample tested. That result supports the submitted sample. It does not guarantee a personal outcome or every future jar.

We currently publish eight reports. They cover specific test groups, including fulvic and humic acid, heavy metals, pesticides, mycotoxins, PAHs, minerals, moisture and organic matter. Our Eurofins heavy-metals report tests the submitted sample for arsenic, cadmium, lead and mercury. We say tested for heavy metals, not “heavy-metal free”.

We Put Our Guarantee Behind the Jar

A higher price is not proof of a better product. It should come with fewer important details hidden and less risk pushed onto the buyer.

We dispatch from Melbourne and back orders with a 90-day money-back guarantee, subject to the current terms. That does not make the product risk-free in a medical sense or promise a result. It gives you time to judge the taste, the routine and whether the jar earns its place.

Our current one-jar price is A$109. The bundles reduce the effective price without pretending the sourcing, processing or testing became cheaper:

  • Buy 2 Get 1 Free: A$218 for 3 jars, or A$72.67 per jar
  • Buy 3 Get 2 Free: A$327 for 5 jars, or A$65.40 per jar
  • Free shipping on orders of 2 or more jars, subject to current terms

We have not included a “cost per day”. The live page's supply-duration wording must first be reconciled with the 300 to 500 mg serving range and confirmed jar weight.

Frequently asked questions

Is Himalayan shilajit becoming scarce?

We do not claim the entire Himalayan supply is about to disappear. Our narrower claim is that high-altitude supply is finite per harvest season. Retain supplier, location, access and harvest records before using scarcity language in a live ad.

Does higher altitude make shilajit better?

Altitude makes our provenance specific. It does not independently prove purity, potency or a result. Those questions need relevant product documentation and sample testing.

Is a remote source pollution-free?

No location should be described as pollution-free without strong environmental evidence. Remoteness may reduce some nearby human-activity exposure. We still rely on relevant laboratory testing rather than scenery.

What does the resin taste like?

Earthy, mineral and slightly bitter. Follow the current label and stir a 300 to 500 mg serve into a warm drink.

The jar is small. The explanation behind it should not be.

We show our stated origin, declared process, label claim, public reports and guarantee before asking you to buy. That is what A$109 should demand.
